VILLAGE OF SAGAPONACK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on April 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sagaponack, shall consider: The application of 518 Bridge Lane LLC to construct a driveway and three parking spaces requiring the following area variances: 1) Three parking spaces located in required side yard three (3) feet from side property line (east) where code prohibits parking in front and side yards (Section 245-34(a)); 2) Three parking spaces for six (6) bedroom dwelling where code requires five parking spaces (Section 245-43(a)); The property lies in the R-120 Residence District and is located at 518 Bridge Lane, Sagaponack, New York, SCTM 0908-005.00-01.00-042.000. The hearing will be held both in person at Village Hall, 3175 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, New York and via Zoom videoconferencing. Any person interested will be given the opportunity to be heard.
