PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural and Historic Review Board of the Village of Sagaponack as per §245-74 B (2)of the Village Code, will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, 3175 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, NY to invite public comments on a building permit application of The Winnie Trust for a proposed renovation and addition to an historic structure located at 31 Hedges Lane which is located in the Sagaponack Village historic district, bearing SCTM 908-6-2-2.1. The application can be viewed at Village Hall Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The public hearing will be conducted in person and by zoom. Contact the Village Clerk for information on the zoom link to attend the meeting virtually. All persons with an interest will be heard. Village Hall is handicapped accessible.
