CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING

RE: ANNUAL ESTIMATE 2026-2027



ORDAINED, that onWednesday, March 4th 2026the Common Council will hold a Public Hearing at7:00 P.M.in the Council Chambers for such persons that wish to be heard in reference to the Annual Estimate of the City of Utica for the2026-2027Fiscal Year, which was submitted to the Common Council on or before February 21, 2026 by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment pursuant to Section 7.001 of the City Charter, and the 51st/52nd Year Community Development Block Grant Program for the2026-2027Fiscal Year, on file in the Office of the City Clerk for examination until such hearing. For such persons that would like to participate remotely in the Public Hearing, please sign-up to speak by emailing the City Clerk atcityclerk@cityofutica.comwith your full name and phone numberno later than 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026. Commencing at7:00 P.M.on that day, participants will be dialed-in to speak based on the chronological order in which they reached out to the Clerk to participate.
