LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES UTICA, NEW YORK The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica, New York (hereinafter, “UMHA”) invites proposals for annual audit services to be performed under a contract with UMHA by a firm with experience in performing audits for public housing agencies and municipal housing authorities as well as HUD grantees. Only qualified and insured public accounting firms registered in the State of New York may respond to this RFP. The audit engagement term is for a three-year period with an option to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years.
