TOWN OF WARSAW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF WARSAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a joint public hearing of the Town Board and Planning Board will be held at the Town Hall of the Town of Warsaw located at 83 Center Street, Warsaw, New York on the 10th day of March 2026. The joint public hearing shall commence at 6:30pm to give citizens the opportunity to go before the Town Board and the Planning Board to consider the adoption of a proposed local law entitled: "Small-Scale Wind Energy Conversion Systems Local Law of the Town of Warsaw." The Planning Board has been in the process of drafting said local law in order to update the Town's wind energy regulations. ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS HEARING WILL BE ENTITLED TO BE HEARD AT THE TIME AND PLACE THEREOF A copy of the proposed local law is available for review on the Town Website and at the Town Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
