TOWN OF WARSAW LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Warsaw was recently awarded a New York State Community Development Block Grant (NYS CDBG) Award through the 2025 Consolidated Funding Application for a total value of $1,500,000. The Town of Warsaw is requesting proposals from qualified firms for grant administration services including, but not limited to, requests for funds, CDBG reporting, file management & coordination with funding agency personnel. The full Request for Proposal may be obtained by visiting the Town of Warsaw website, or by emailing the Supervisor at supervisor@townofwarsawny.gov [supervisor@townofwarsawny.gov]. Proposal packages shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Steve Perkins, Supervisor, and be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, "GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR CDBG GRANT",and be delivered at the Town Hall at 83 Center Street, Warsaw New York 14569 or emailed to supervisor@townofwarsawny.gov [supervisor@townofwarsawny.gov] by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on April 24, 2026. Information received after that date and time will not be considered. Minority and Women Business Enterprise Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit. The Town of Warsaw reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Proposals, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Statement of Proposals which the Town deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Town's inhabitants by securing the maximum quality.
