VILLAGE OF WATERVILLE LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing on Local Law #1 of 2026 to Override the Tax Levy Limit PLEASE TAKE NOTICEthat the Village of Waterville will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7pm at the Village Hall, 122 Barton Ave. regarding Local Law #1 of 2026 - to override the tax levy limit established by General Municipal Law 3-c. The purposed of the hearing is to hear public comments on the Village's proposed law to override the tax levy limit. Comments and questions can be sent via email to clerk@villageofwaterville.gov [clerk@villageofwaterville.gov] or submitted in writing to Village of Waterville Mayor, Ruben Ostrander at 122 Barton Avenue, Waterville, NY 13480 until Thursday, March 5, 2026.
