VILLAGE OF WATERVILLE LOCAL LAW Village of Waterville Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, a public hearing will be held by the Village of Waterville Board of Trustees on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Village Municipal Hall, 122 Barton Ave. The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment on revisions being made to the Village Water Laws of 2007. The proposed revisions will add a $5.00 service fee per quarter to all water accounts and an increase in the water rate per 1000 gallons for non-Village water accounts. Any interested individual of the Village of Waterville Water District is entitled to be heard upon said proposed changes to the Village Water Law. Disabled citizens who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments or suggestions, should contact the Village Clerk to request assistance. A copy of proposed law revisions are available at the office of the Village Clerk, 122 Barton Ave. during the hours of 8am - 4pm Monday through Thursday. Gayle Barnes Village Clerk/Treasurer
