NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Beach will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, New York, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for the Special Exception Application filed by Old Riverhead Partners, LLC XL5 Westhampton LLC to change the existing site for a Medical Endoscopy Facility for property located at 74 Old Riverhead Road, SCTM #’s 905-02-02-06.003. Copies are available in the Clerk’s office at Village Hall.




The Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested at the public hearing to be held as aforesaid and may appear in person or by agent or by attorney. The Village of Westhampton Beach does provide handicapped access to all public meetings. Anyone needing special assistance should call Denise Mordente, Handicapped Access Coordinator, at 631-288-1654.
