PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Westhampton Beach will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm at the Municipal Building, 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, New York, on the following applications: Beach Fun LLC, 83 Beach Road (905-012-02-029) Applicant seeks variance from §197-35 A to legalize the construction of an accessory swimming pool located partially within a second front yard (corner lot) where prohibited. Donald Meyer, 129 Point Road (905-017-02-032) Applicant seeks variances from §197-10 E to construct a second story addition with a proposed height of 31.25 feet above mean sea level where the maximum permitted is 30.5 feet, and from §197-34 A(5) for proposed habitable floor area of 25.3% of the lot area where the maximum permitted is 20%.
