CITY OF OSWEGO LEGAL NOTICE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, NEW YORK, AS FOLLOWS: The Code of the City of Oswego, New York, Chapter 280, Zoning, and the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, New York, are hereby amended as follows, viz: To Change ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Seventh Ward of the City of Oswego, County of Oswego and State of New York, and more particularly described as being real property located on Byer Road, and identified by tax map number 145.51-01-10. Be changed from a TN2, Traditional Neighborhood 2 Zoning District to a PD, Planned Development Zoning District. This Ordinance shall take effect after the approval by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, New York, and ten (10) days after the first publication in the official newspaper of the City of Oswego, New York, as required by Section C8-12 of the Charter of the City of Oswego, New York. I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted by the Common Council of the City of Oswego, New York, at a meeting held thereof on Monday, February 23, 2026, and was approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, New York on February 24, 2026.
