NOTICE OF ADOPTION TAKE NOTICE , that after a public hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Southampton, both in-person and via videoconferencing, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the Town Board, at its meeting of March 24, 2026, adopted Local Law No. of 2026 as follows: A LOCAL LAW to consider amending Town Code Chapter 312 (Vehicle and Traffic) to amend Article XXV (Temporary Restrictions for Trial Programs) to amend subsection 312-113, Entitled “Canoe Place Blinking Light Program”. Summary of Law To consider amending Town Code Chapter 312 (Vehicle and Traffic) to Amend Southampton Town Code Chapter 312 Entitled "Vehicles and Traffic", Article XXV, Entitled, "Temporary Restrictions for Trial Programs" by amending Sub Section 312-113 Entitled, "Canoe Place Blinking Light Program” which will begin on March 30, 2026 and run through November 27, 2026, Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Copies of the proposed law, sponsored by Supervisor Moore, Councilman Pell, Councilman Iasilli and Councilwoman McNamara, are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. BY ORDER OF THE TOWN BOARD TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON, NEW YORK SUNDY A.
