NOTICE OF TAX SALE Village of North Haven, New York NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the provisions of the Village Law and all the acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto and of resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Haven, Suffolk County, New York, passed at a meeting thereof, held on the 20th day of January, 2026, I, Beth M. Kamper, Clerk/Treasurer of said Village of North Haven, Suffolk County, New York will sell at public auction in the manner provided by law, on the 13th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., North Haven Village Hall, 335 Ferry Road, North Haven, New York, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which the Village Taxes remain unpaid as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees, interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of said sale, and shall continue from day to day until the sale shall be completed. The Village of North Haven will exercise its rights and purchase each and all of the tax liens at such tax sale.
