Notice of Public Hearing Whitmer 6100 Broadway Rd TOWN OF OWASCO PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON PROPOSED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PDD) AGRIVENTURE CNY LLC, 6100 BROADWAY ROAD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Owasco on May 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at Town of Owasco Town Hall, 2 Bristol Avenue, Auburn, New York 13021, to hear all persons interested in regard to Application for a Planned Development District (PDD) from Agriventure CNY LLC owned by Lamar Witmer and Michael Witmer (collectively, the “Application”) for the construction of a commercial office space building to be used for office and administrative purposes and to provide worker relief and support space associated with agricultural operations, including rest areas and sanitary facilities to be located within a 60.6 acre site commonly known as 6100 Broadway Road in the Town of Owasco Copies of the application and narrative, site plan and related documents are available for inspection at the Town of Owasco Town Hall during regular business hours. All persons in favor or opposed to the proposed Planned Development District are asked to appear at the above time and place.
