NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Ledyard PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ledyard will hold a Public Hearing on May 11, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ledyard Town Hall, 1099 Poplar Ridge Rd, Aurora, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Ledyard and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk's office, 1099 Poplar Ridge Rd, Aurora, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
