LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sec. 506 and Article 15-A Section 1526 NYS Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Ledyard, County of Cayuga has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that Jordan Street, a copy thereof has been left with the Town Clerk 1099 poplar Ridge Road, Aurora, NY 13026 on about May 1st where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the Fourth Tuesday of May, Call 315-564- 5707 to schedule an appointment with Assessor when in attendance by appointment with such Tentative Assessment Roll as follows: DATE HOUR May 9th 9am-1pm May 14th6pm-8pm May 19th6pm-8pm May 26th10am-12pm Assessment Staff will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll for Viewing 9am -noon on May 14, May 16 & May 19 On May 26, 2026, between the hours of 4-8 PM, for a total of at least four hours, said Board of Review will meet at the Town Hall, 1099 poplar Ridge Rd. in said Town, to hear and examine all verified written complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby.
