NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADJOINING PROPERTIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Bronxville, in the Trustee Chamber/Court Room at 200 Pondfield Road, Bronxville NY on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider an application from Jason and Lacey Giliberto at property located at 16 Ridge Road bronxville NY 10708 Brief Description of Work: 1 story (54.46 SF) kitchen expansion and patio at rear of home Required rear yard setback is 32' The existing dwelling is situated 20.83' from the rear property line and Proposed addition is located 26.75' from rear property line.
