The City of Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct Public Hearings for variance applications on Wednesday March 18, 2026, at 2:00PM for the following projects: Install sign/signage at 125 Washington, 1423 Fillmore, 2165 Delaware, 300 Scajaquada, 418 Louisiana, and 440 & 450 South Park (N1D/N3C/N3E/DIH/DR/DR); Construct addition at 120 Avondale (N3R); Install parking pad at 234 Keystone (N3R); Construct buildings at 1827 Fillmore, 375 Michigan, and 40 18 th (DC/N2E/N2R); Renovate building at 580 Potomac; Construct parking lot at 637 Walden (N3E).
