NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION TO REVIEW AN AREA VARIANCE FOR FRONT, REAR AND SIDE SETBACKS AS ZONING LAW REQUIRES ON A SITE PLAN.

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Cairo, Greene County, will meet at the Town Hall, 512 Main Street, Cairo, New York 12413, on the 21st of March 2026, at 6:30 PM, prevailing time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing upon an application for area variances on an application relating to property located at 78 Bross St., Cairo New York, Tax ID #101.06-1-23. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear all persons interested in the subject.
