LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS FOR THE YEAR 2026 (Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor for the Town of Schodack, County of Rensselaer, State of New York has completed the Tentative As- sessment Roll for the current year and a copy has been filed with the Schodack Town Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any interested persons until the fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessor will also be in attendance with the Tentative Roll at the Schodack Town Hall, 265 Schuurman Road, Castleton, New York 12033 on: Tuesday, May 5, 2026 - 9:00AM - 1:00PM Thursday, May 7, 2026 - 9:00AM - 1:00PM Saturday, May 9, 2026 - 8:00AM - 12:00PM (By Ap- pointment) Monday, May 11, 2026 - 4:00PM - 8:00PM The Board of Assessment Review will meet from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Tues- day, May 26, 2026 to hear complaints in relation to assessments of real property.
