CAYUGA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF CATO PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Cato Planning Board will hold a public hearing during the Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on April 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at the Municipal Building, 11320 Short Cut Rd, Cato, NY 13033, regarding the application of Darin Fellows for subdivision of property located at 9920 Smith Road, Weedsport, NY 13166, Tax Map No.: 64.00-1-33.11. All those wishing to be heard in favor or in opposition may appear in person or by other representation at said time and place.
