TORREY ZONING BOARD OF APPEAL

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Torrey Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday May 4, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Town Buildings, 56 Geneva Street, Dresden, New York, to consider the following application:




Height Area Variance application # 26-2 of Ezekial Haines, property on 2599 Flynn Rd. TM # 63.-03-1-4 to construct an accessory building with a mean height of 18’4”.

An area variance is required as this structure will exceed the maximum 14’ height allowed in an Agricultural District in the Town of Torrey.




The above applications are open for public inspections at the Town Clerk’s office 56 Geneva Street, Dresden New York during regular hours.
