Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant to sections 506, 526 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Torrey, County of Yates, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Betty Daggett, Torrey Town Clerk, at 56 Geneva St, Dresden, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Thursday in May after the fourth Tuesday in May. If you would like to discuss your new Tentative Assessment, please call and make an appointment to speak with the Assessor prior to May 21, 2026. The Assessor will be in attendance, by phone appointment only, with the Tentative Assessment Roll, on the following dates: Thursday, May 7, 2026 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm Thursday, May 14, 2026 8:00 am until Noon Thursday May 21, 2026 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Saturday, May 16, 2026 8:00 am until Noon The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Thursday, May 28, between the hours of 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at the Town of Torrey Town Hall, located at 56 Geneva St. in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
