NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF FORT EDWARD PLANNING BOARD

TAKE NOTICE, the Village of Fort Edward Planning Board will hold a meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to hear an appeal from ESMI , Clean Earth 304 Towpath Lane, Fort Edward NY, Village of Fort Edward, County of Washington, State of NY. Tax map no. 163.15-1-1. The meeting will take place at the Fort Edward Fire House, 114 Broadway, Fort Edward NY 12828.

The hearing is for a Zoning Determination Appeal filed by ESMI, Clean Earth.

Written feedback can be sent to 118 Broadway, P.O. Box 345, Fort Edward, NY 12828 or can be hand delivered Monday-Friday between 8:00-4:00. All feedback must be received in the office by 4pm on the meeting date. All interested parties will be heard at this time.
