VILLAGE OF FREEVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 5-508 of the Village Law, the Tentative Budget covering the General and Sewer Funds for 2026-2027 has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 5 Factory Street. Said tentative General Fund Budget includes maximum compensation for the Mayor of $ $2,132.00 per annum and for the Trustees of $3,656.00 ($914.00 each) per annum. A Public Hearing on the Tentative General Fund and Sewer Fund Budget and to establish sewer rates for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, will be held at Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, Friday April 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM to consider the same before final adoption. Also under consideration will be the 2026-2027 Village Fire Contract and 2026-2027 Trash Removal Contract.
