TOWN OF VOLNEY PUBLIC NOTICE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless has made application to the Town of Volney Planning Board for a special use permit for a 180-foot cell tower to be located at 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, New York. The Town of Volney Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1445 County Route 6, Fulton, New York 13069, to receive public comments on the project.
