New project requests from CDTA for the A/GFTC TIP - public comment opportunity The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is requesting Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding be programmed in the A/GFTC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for four new projects that were included within CDTA’s recently updated capital program and are consistent with FTA’s apportionments to CDTA. A/GFTC’s TIP amendment guidelines stipulate that any requests for new projects be subjected to a minimum 25-day public review and comment period prior to consideration for approval.
