Draft Air Quality Conformity Determination available for public comment The Adirondack / Glens Falls Transportation Council (A/GFTC), the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Planning and Programming Area of Warren and Washington Counties and the Town of Moreau in Saratoga County, has released the draft Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY Air Quality Conformity Determination for public review and comment prior to A/GFTC Policy Committee consideration for approval. The draft Air Quality Conformity Determination addresses all transportation projects for 1997 ozone NAAQS in A/GFTC's 2025-2030 TIP, A/GFTC's 2045 Ahead Long Range Plan, Capital Region Transportation Council's (CRTC) 2025-2030 Transportation Improvement Program and the New Visions 2050 Long Range Plan, and the Capital Program of Transportation Projects in Greene, Montgomery and Schoharie Counties.
