City of Glens Falls Planning Board NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 42 Ridge Street, third floor, Glens Falls, NY on May 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following applications: 1. Site Plan Review (SP 26-013): Kayler Grizzle and Zachary Bushey, 11-17 South St. Unit 101(Tax Map No. 302.20-27-4), seek Site Plan Review to convert a vacant commercial space to a cafe. 2. Site Plan Review (26-018): Barbara Daley, 112 Crandall Street (Tax Map No. 302.19.10-2), seeks site plan review approval to operate a hosted short-term rental unit in a residential zoning district. 3.
