Notice of Completion NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE CITY OF GLENS FALLS TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (PURSUANT TO §506 & §526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the City of Glens Falls, County of Warren has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy has been posted on the Warren County website in their Real Property section, where it may be seen by any interested person until the 4th Tuesday in May (Grievance Day). Those without a computer may request a copy from the Assessor of their property information by phone, and a copy will be mailed or emailed. The Assessor will be in attendance with the roll on May 5th, 7th and 12th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and on May 14th between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. by appointment only. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 26, 2026 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Glens Falls City Hall, in said city, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved. [It is not necessary to appear in person if all paperwork has been submitted.] A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the Assessor's Office or online at the City's website (www.cityofglens falls.com) Dated this 20th day of April, 2026.
