PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a continuation of public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 21' day of April, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, 151 River Road, Grand View, New York 10960 to consider the application submitted by Joseph and Dianne Licata for revised site plan approval. The subject premises are situated on the east side of River Road approximately 300 feet north of Stevenson Street, known as 310 River Road, designated on the Tax Map as Section 75.22 Block 1 Lot 6, in an R-10 Zoning District. Copies of the aforesaid application are available for public review at the office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 151 River Road, Grand View, New York 10960 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 4 P.M.
