COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HUDSON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Hudson, New York will conduct a public hearing on May 20, 2026, at 6 p.m. on an area variance application from Dinally HRH LLC, c/o Keith Nally, to demolish a two-family home and two accessory buildings at 309-311 Union Street, Tax ID #109.52-1-41, requiring front, east, west and rear yard variances and a lot coverage variance. Said hearings will be conducted in person at City Hall, 520 Warren Street, Hudson, NY. Public comment shall be permitted and all persons participating shall have an opportunity to be heard in connection with said application.
