COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND GRIEVANCE INFORMATION Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law: 1. Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Livingston is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at Livingston Town Hall, 119 CR 19 Hudson, NY until June 1, 2026. 2. Notice is hereby given that an Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Livingston at 119 CR 19 Hudson, NY During the hours of 9-1pm on 5/02, 05/09, 05/15 and 6-8pm on 05/04 and 05/11. 3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Livingston will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Livingston Town Hall 119 CR 19 Hudson, NY during the hours of 4-8pm on June 4th 2026. 4.
