The proposed work involves the removal of a previously installed 930 square foot concrete berm, and the relocation of native stone to be reused on-site as subgrade underneath sloped, grouted boulders with a reinforced concrete toe. The proposed channel modification will occupy 4800 square feet over 282 linear feet of the southern riverbank and is designed to concentrate flow along the north side of the channel at low flow conditions. The proposed design is intended to enhance recreational use of the river during periods of low flow. A coordinated review was not performed. SEQR Lead Agency None Designated State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination A cultural resources survey has been completed. The report of the survey is on file. No archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
