ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of May, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., local time in the Council Room of the Municipal Building, in the Village of Kenmore, New York, the Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda, N.Y., will conduct public hearings to consider the following Special Use Permit Applications: APPLICANT: Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems of Allentown, Inc d/b/a Verizon Wireless LOCATION: 25 Stoneleigh Avenue FOR: An application for a Special Use Permit for a 45' high replacement utility pole with wireless telecommunications equipment to be located near 25 Stoneleigh Avenue, which is in the "MU-N" Mixed-Use Neighborhood District. The original applications are on file and may be inspected in the office of the Town Clerk, Room #14, Municipal Building, Kenmore, N.Y.
