ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of May, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., local time in the Council Room of the Municipal Building, in the Village of Kenmore, New York, the Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda, N.Y., will conduct public hearings to consider the following Special Use Permit Applications: APPLICANT: Roman Romwalt LOCATION: 281 Kenmore Ave FOR: An application for a special use permit for a grocery store larger than 5,000 square feet, in a “MU-N” Mixed-Use Neighborhood District. The original applications are on file and may be inspected in the office of the Town Clerk, Room #14, Municipal Building, Kenmore, N.Y.
