NOTICE OF ADOPTION

LOCAL LAW NO. 1, 2026

Chapter 213 Water

of the Code of the Village of Lake George

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing was held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake George on April 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Village Administration Building, 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY to consider proposed Local Law No. 1, 2026 for Chapter 213 Water.

The local law will amend Chapter 213 Water which will remove and change the schedule of rates to the schedule of fees starting May 1, 2026.

A complete text of proposed Local Law No. 1, 2026 is on file in the office of the Village Clerk who maintains an office in the Village Administration Building at 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY, and is available for public inspection.
