GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Village of LeRoy Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Public Hearing to consider the request Rochester Davis-Fetch Corp, 9 Lent Ave, LeRoy, New York 14482, for an area Variance to construct two metal buildings on the southwest corner of their property. The buildings would be located 10’ from the side lot line and 1’ from the rear line. Village zoning for the industrial zone requires 20’ side set back, and 35‘ rear set back. Proposed location would require a 10’ side and 34’ rear variance. Said hearing will be held on April 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, 3 W Main St, LeRoy NY.
