Please take notice that the Village of LeRoy Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of Robert and Michelle Green at 86 W. Main St., LeRoy, New York 14482, for an Area Variance to extend their front porch 14’ x 8’ across the width of their home. Village zoning for a single- family home in an R-2 zone requires 25’ front set back, proposed porch location would require a 13’ front Variance. Said hearing will be held on April 28, 2026, at 7:00PM at the Village Hall, 3 W. Main St., LeRoy NY.
