TOWN OF MAINE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Maine on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Maine Town Hall, 12 Lewis Street, Maine, NY regarding a proposed local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW REZONING TAX MAP NUMBER 063.20-1-21 FROM THE PLANNED MOBILE HOME ZONING DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTIAL-1 ZONING DISTRICT.” Notice is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing. Any person is entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law at such public hearing. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Board prior to the public hearing.
