MAYBROOK FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting held on April 7, 2026, the Board of Fire Commissioners of Maybrook Fire District duly and unanimously adopted a Resolution as Abstracted below pursuant to General Municipal Law § 6-d, subject to permissive referendum: BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Maybrook Fire District authorizes The expenditure of an amount not to exceed $180,000 from the Fire District’s Apparatus Capital Reserve Fund for the purposes of purchasing and equipping two new command vehicles. BE IT FURTHER RE-SOLVED, that this resolution is subject to a permissive referendum. A copy of the entire Resolution is available upon request.
