VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Maybrook will hold a public hearing at the Village of Maybrook Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, NY 12532 on May 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on the application of Aamir Gilani and Yousra Hasnaoui on behalf of 205 Maybrook LLC seeking a use variance to authorize a 4-unit multifamily dwelling in the TDD zoning district located at 205 Main Street, Maybrook, NY (SBL 109-2-31) and area variances as follows: Lot Area (7,840 sq ft provided where 10,000 sq. ft required), Front Yard (a variance of 1’7”) and side yard (a variance of 4’3”) and variance of 210-27(F) access drive width.
