Legal Notices NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL TOWN OF CHAUTAUQUA (Pursuant to section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the Town of Chautauqua, County of Chautauqua, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Rebecca Luba, Town Clerk of the Town of Chautauqua, at 2 Academy Street, Mayville, New York, 14757, where it may be examined by any interested person until May 27, 2026. The assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Assessor’s Office, 2 Academy Street, Mayville, NY, 14757, on the following dates and times: May 6, 2026 8AM-12PM, May 13, 2026 12PM-4PM. The assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Assessor’s Office, 25 Sunnyside Avenue, Bemus Point, NY, 14712, on the following dates and times: May 9, 2026 7AM-11AM, May 12, 2026 4PM-8PM. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at the Town of Chautauqua, 2 Academy Street, Mayville, NY, 14757, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing themself to be aggrieved, on an appointment basis only.
