CITY OF NEWBURGH PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NEWBURGH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Please Take Notice, that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Newburgh, Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Section 300-116(D) of the Zoning Code, on the following matters: Appeal No. 2026-12 Applicant: Chris Berg/Fifth Street Architecture, PLLC Owner: Sergio Sanchez Location: 204 Grand Street Requesting an AREA Variance for 5.7 feet on the minimum front yard setback, 12% on the maximum lot coverage, and 4 off-street parking spaces which do not meet the requirements of the Schedule of Use and Bulk Regulations in the Medium Density Residential Zone. For properties situated as follows: PROPERTY ADDRESS: 204 Grand Street Section: 19 Block: 1 Lot: 43 As described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York. The Public Hearing will be held on April 28, 2026 and any adjourned date, at 7:00 p.m. at the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York.
