CITY OF NEWBURGH PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NEWBURGH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Please Take Notice, that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Newburgh, Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Section 300-116(D) of the Zoning Code, on the following matters: Appeal No. 2026-11 Applicant: Chris Berg/Fifth Street Architecture, PLLC Owner: Leah Rambo Location: 180 Ann Street Requesting an AREA Variance for 25 feet on the minimum lot depth, 3.1 feet on the maximum east side yard setback, and 16.6 feet on the minimum rear yard setback which do not meet the requirements of the Schedule of Use and Bulk Regulations in the Broadway Corridor Zone. For properties situated as follows: PROPERTY ADDRESS: 180 Ann Street Section: 36 Block: 1 Lot: 12.1 As described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York. The Public Hearing will be held on April 28, 2026 and any adjourned date, at 7:00 p.m. at the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York.
