CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DISTRICT'S CODE OF CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE DISTRICT-WIDE SCHOOL SAFETY PLAN & BUILDING-LEVEL SCHOOL SAFETY PLANS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the District Administration Building, 630 - 66th Street, Niagara Falls, New York, to provide school personnel, parents, students and other interested parties an opportunity to comment on the amended Code of Conduct, Comprehensive District-Wide School Safety Plan, and the Building-Level School Safety Plans required to be adopted by the District for the maintenance of order on school property, including school functions, which shall govern conduct of students, teachers, and other school personnel, as well as visitors, and provide for enforcement thereof.
