GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF OAKFIELD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Oakfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 39 Main Street, Oakfield, NY for the purpose of hearing comments for or against a request for a variance submitted by Terry Martino for a 122 sq ft addition to a single-family home at 7 Gibson St., Tax Parcel #1.-3-95.
