RUSSELL PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA FOR 2026 (Pursuant to Sections 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law, notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data for the Town of Russell is available for review either online at Russell Town Website, where it may be seen or examined in person at 4 Pestle St, Russell by any interested person. Please feel free to call me with questions or concerns (315) 244-6800. An appointment must be made to review this information with the assessor during the following days. Wednesday, May 6 4:00pm – 8:00pm (appointment only) Saturday, May 9 7:30am - 11:30am (appointment only) Wednesday, May 13 11:30am– 3:30pm (appointment only) I will be available by appointment only.
