RUSSELL PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE TOWN ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Russell, County of St Lawrence, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy is located on the Town of Russell’s website - https://russellny.org/ where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day. Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law, notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data for the Town of Russell is available for review. The tentative assessment roll is also available for viewing on the St Lawrence County website – www.stlawco.org - per requirement of RPLT section 1590(2). The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following days. Wednesday, May 6 4:00pm – 8:00pm (appointment only) Saturday, May 9 7:30am - 11:30am (appointment only) Wednesday, May 13 11:30am– 3:30pm (appointment only) Wednesday, May 20 8am – 12pm (appointment only) The assessor will be available by appointment only.
