LIVINGSTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Springwater a Public Hearing will be held on by the Springwater Planning Board in compliance with Local Law 03-2011 to consider the subdivision property located at 7704 Straight Road & 7729 Canadice Rd, Parcel No. 152.-1-2.115 and 152.00-1-2.116 owned by Dean and Charice Davis and Dawn Wetzler. The Public Hearing will be held at the Springwater Town Hall, 8022 South Main St, Springwater, NY 14560 during the regular planning board meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:30pm. The location of the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairment or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact the Town Clerk's office at 8022 South Main Street, Springwater, NY 14560, 585.669.2545, at least one week in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangement.
